Ultimately had what I needed - my car running again, but I had to call to assure the service I was promised: a repair the following MORNING, was actually achieved by the end of the workday. I picked up my car late that evening, to discover black soot marks all over my driver’s door interior handle. My car worked, above the price I was quoted for repair, but with cleaning required. I would be VERY cautious about using them.

When I had issues with my brakes on my 13 year-old Highlander, Patterson‘s got to work swiftly diagnosing the problem and provided me with accurate and fair estimates. As a local shop, I know that they live and die on local business, but for those considering using Patterson’s from outside of Nolensville, I can’t suggest them enough!

Went for basic diagnostics and AC check mind you I have no check engine light on none of my lights on.when i get back there all of a sudden I need a transmission my check engine light is on all of a sudden one guy told me over the phone $1800 an $ 900 the 9 is for something else I get there the paperwork says 1500 an some change the 700 an change I live in nolensville I would strongly recommend not to do business with these people they do stuff to your car just so they can fix it where you come back to them Now my car has check engine light on running it's running hot want shift gears properly it was running fine other than Ac save yourself the trouble don't waste your time on your money

I took my niece’s Jeep Wrangler for a repair . The Jeep had code, P0733, Gear 3 Incorrect Ratio. I was informed the check would be done at not cost. When I was quoted more than $6,500 for the repair, I decided to pickup the jeep and was charged $157. Certainly, there is lack of transparency and honesty in the shop. The jeep was repaired at a fraction by a mobile mechanic with a transmission oil and filter change. $400. Be aware!!!! No honesty! You will be scammed if you do not know the real fix. You have other choices and don’t fall for their tactics.

I was in from out of town and when I lived there, we always used Patterson’s. My car broke down and I drove it straight there even when they were closed they got to my car right away and fixed it I was happy knowing I could trust them. They do great work.😊

⸻ I’ve been going to Patterson Precision Auto for my oil changes for years, and they’re consistently excellent. The team is friendly, attentive, and always checks in on me. During a recent oil change, they pointed out that my rear brakes and rotors were worn, which I knew was coming on my Durango at 114k miles. I had been feeling a lot of shaking when braking, and after they replaced the brakes and rotors, my car drives smoothly again. Their prices are always fair, the service is reliable, and I always go back. I would 100% recommend Patterson Precision Auto!

We were in town for my son‘s hockey tournament when my car decided to start not working properly. In full panic mode I googled the closest shops to the ice rink that we were at and this one popped up with great reviews. I drove the car over there and the team immediately knew what was wrong. They were so nice, especially knowing how panicked I was being so far from home. They were able to fix the car same day and it has been great ever since. I appreciate them so much for taking care of it so quickly knowing that I had to leave to go back home on Sunday.

Fair and honest price to replace the floppy felt splash guard an insurance partner shop stuck me with which kept coming apart. Brought in a plastic one I found online and Patterson’s Precision Auto Repair installed it for cheap and topped off my oil level for me after finding it was low. I’ll be returning for any future repair needs.

Had a power steering fluid leak on an 2001 Honda Accord and didn’t know if it was the pump, hose or some other source. Rob repaired it the next morning on a Saturday also replacing the serpentine belt. They got to right away and did a thorough job. Some shops don’t get to repairs for many days so it was reassuring to have it done very soon.

Set appointment and dropped car off evening before. They did not even assess car on day of appointment. Looked at a day later and received car back a day after that. They also had this same car in December for the same repair that was needed and after a test drive and $150 + diagnostic charge they claimed nothing was needing repair. Well the needed repair simply became worse and was repaired on this visit. I would have hoped they at least applied the diagnostic charge against the over $2000 repair. Nope. They do good work but missed on this one and I have had several cars and repairs done so I am not a new customer

We received excellent service at Patterson Auto Care! I arrived unexpectedly without an appointment and they quickly checked my car. The repair needed and cost was explained well and was reasonable. They are clearly honest as they realized only 1 of the 2 batteries needed replacing so saved us that extra cost. It was fixed the same day and when another dash light appeared as I left, they kindly worked to fix that as well. On top of the good work to the car, their driver gave me a ride home which helped a lot too. Glad we found this business! We will be repeat customers and highly recommend them!!!

Besides the fact that it’s convenient for us living in Nolensville, I find that they are very straightforward and don’t try to take you for a ride with unnecessary or overpriced repairs. I have a 79 Jeep and they have done a terrific job on her. They have even gone out of their way to makes adjustments to prior repairs without extra nickel and dime charges. Being a 79, she has been a little temperamental at times, but they go the extra mile to make sure everything is done to help bring her back to being a reliable ride. It has not been an inexpensive journey, but I was expecting that when I bought her and I do feel confident that their pricing is fair and they do quality work. They also look for alternative solutions to help keep costs down. Hard to find that balance anywhere else. Doubt I would let anyone else work on her. Big fan.

Todd did a great job diagnosing and fixing my truck. Parts were on back order but that’s not avoidable. Pattersons did a great job fixing my engine and getting me back on the road and my wife and I are happy. Will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.

I was recommended to Patterson’s by a friend who has used them many times before. They were able to fit me in quickly, provide me with an accurate quote, and explain their findings regarding a possible air leak in 1 or more tires letting me know to keep an eye on it. Their location is super convenient, the pricing is fair and communication is top notch!
